Návrh a implementace systému evidence zákazníků pro privátní podnikovou síť neziskové organizace

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a customer records system for virtual private network of the non-profit organization. The main objective is to develop a functional, stable and secure web application, which meets all customer requirements. Web application is written in Java language utilizing mainly Spring and Hibernate libraries in conjunction with other frameworks. In this document is used “Agile Unified Process” methodology that enables iterative development of new software. Analysis phase contains a list of demands and a description of the organization, which is the contracting authority. In design phase are mentioned inputs, outputs and features of the system but also diagrams and user scenarios. Implementation phase covers an overall creation of application followed by testing phase. This part comprehends a unit and acceptance testing. The system provides features to generate new contracts filled with database data in Microsoft Word format, convert them to a PDF format, send them by e-mail and keep track of handling a new contracts process. The main objective and customer requirements are fulfilled but system that is designed is still in progress due to new requirements, which are continuously growing.
