Abstract

This thesis deals with the valuation of the football club FC Fotbal Třinec, Inc. In the theoretical part of thesis, author focuses on the issue of valuation, which defines a procedure which will be used in practical part. To obtain relevant results, author chose the substance method of valuation. In thesis, there is particular analysis of structure of companies assets based on accounting documents. He takes a detail look at specific issues of evaluation of professional football players and assingns them their market value. In conclusion, the author calculated the market value of company and he adds his suggestions to improve.
