Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with emergency survival procedures. The theoretical part of the thesis, closely describes various emergency survival steps; included are the measures and procedures that are essential for emergency survival. The practical part deals with specific plans of emergency survival of Zlín, the municipality that has extended powers. It deals with rationalization and the updating of the emergency survival plan in accordance with current valid legislation and local conditions.
