Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of digitalization and automation using tools based on artificial intelligence. The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze these tools and evaluate the possibility of their use in a selected company. The theoretical part provides an introduction of the legal basis related to automation and digitalization together with possible further developments. Furthermore, the importance of the issue is justified with the help of actual statistical data. The practical part deals with the identification of AI-based tools, their analysis and comparison based on selected criteria – price, user interface clarity and additional services. At the same time, the selected company is presented and the current state of accounting and key problems to be solved are described, which is interlinked with the recommendation of appropriate tools to improve the efficiency of business processes.
