Abstract

Marek Teichmann. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout prostorové uspořádání objektů pro bydlení v rozvojové ploše obce Dolní Lhota v územním plánu označené jako SO ZO3 a zároveň vyřešit dopravní a technickou infrastruktůru. Řešené území, o ploše 3,67ha, se nachází na severozápadním okraji obce a navazuje na hranici zastavěného území. Tato práce obsahuje celkem 13 kapitol, které se zaměřují na urbanistický návrh s řešením dopravy a síti. Součásti je také výkresová část obsahujíci 15 části a dále části s přílohami které obsahuji fotodokumentaci území a vypočty síti.

The aim of this thesis was to design the spatial arrangement of residential development area in the village of Dolní Lhota in the local plan as SO ZO3 while addressing transport and technical infrastructure. The studied area, with an area of 3.67 hectares, is located on the northwestern outskirts of the village and continues in the built-up area. This work contains a total of 13 chapters that focus on solving urban design transport network. Also included is a drawing part containing 14 parts and the attachments that contain photographs of the territory and network calculations.
