Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design new organizational structures of emergent company Machinery & Foundry ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. This thesis includes in addition to the preamble, four parts, conclusion, 9 tables, 19 pictures and 5 supplements. The preamble is focused on explaining the basic principles of organizin and on explication of the thesis´s aim. The second part is dedicated to the theoretical knowledges of organization. The third part describes a business entity that is subject for solving the thesis. The fourth part deals with SWOT analysis of interested processes which are solved in this thesis. The fifth part solves the possible variations of design changes to the current organizational structure of the company. The conclusion contains a summary of important elements and thesis benefits.
