Abstract
The dissertation deals with the proposal of new storage method in EMOS co. Ltd. The aim is to suggest more effective way of preparation stocked goods.
Theoretical part of this thesis clears up the matter of storage, its function and automatization, followed by the description of storage technologies, warehouse handling and means of transport as well as the location of stock in the warehouse.
The second part of the dissertation describes starting position of EMOS co. Ltd and continues by collection of information, which is necessary to divide and remove the unsuitable one.
Subsequently gradual calculations are done in order to find out applicability and efficiency of proposal of new storage method.
At the end of this part the comparison of new proposal of storage with existing proposal is done.
