Určování synergického účinku národní kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

The thesis deals about assessment and assessment results implementation of the synergic effect among critical infrastructure elements. The thesis describes present state and development in the field of the critical infrastructure in the European Union with focused on the Czech Republic and its connections with framework of interdependencies. This thesis makes more detail analysis of the interdependencies and kinds of linkages among critical infrastructure elements. Present approaches and criteria for assessment and modelling synergistic impact between critical infrastructure elements are presented too. Next, the thesis analysed synergistic effect in the context of interdependencies of the critical infrastructure element. Finally, thesis design process for assessment synergistic effect of the critical infrastructure element and its implementation to the process of assessment the criticality of critical infrastructure element.
