Zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané obce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením vybraných obcí ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem práce je „Zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané obce“ z hlediska počtu obyvatel se srovnatelnými obcemi v letech 2016-2019. První část této práce je teoretická a zabývá se základními pojmy spojenými s otázkami veřejné správy a fungováním obcí v České republice. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou příjmů a výdajů vybrané skupiny obcí ve sledovaných letech a jejím následným zhodnocením. V další části jsou zjištěné parametry graficky znázorněny a následně zde byl proveden detailní rozbor. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky sledovaného hospodaření a doporučení pro udržení kvalitního hospodaření srovnávané obce.

This bechelor thesis focuses on Financial Management of the Selected Municipalities in Zlín region. The aim of the bechelor thesis is „Assessment of the Financial Management of the Selected Municipality“ in terms of the number of inhabitants in comparable municipalities in the years 2016-2019. The first part of the bechelor thesis is theoretical and follow up to the basic concepts related to issues of the public administration and the functions of municipalites in the Czech Republic. The practical part follow up with the analysis of the revenues and expenditures of a selected group of municipalities in the monitored years and subsequent evaluation. In next part the found parameters are shown graphically and subsenquently is detailed analysis performed. In the end are the results summarized recommendations for maintaining the quality management of the compared municipality.
