Zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek současné důchodové reformy v České rebublice

Abstract

Czech Republic has undergone an important change in 2013. The long-awaited reform of the pension system began to be valid. Ongoing pension system was supplemented by fund savings. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures which improve the system from the perspective of the state and the citizen. Strengths and weaknesses of the current pension system and its opportunities and threats are analysed by SWOT analysis. Subsequently, the measures which should lead to an improvement of the system are proposed.
