Abstract

This diploma thesis deal with issue of employees satisfaction. The goals of the diploma thesis are to consider employees satisfaction in Relax Days s. r. o. company and identify factors which are satisfying employees and identify what employees would change. Also meansurment of employees's work satisfaction was made with questionaire and interviews. Employees are satisfied over all except few areas in which they are not. Resume of the diploma thesis is appoint proposals and recommendations to increase employees satisfaction. Recommendations are employees personal bonuses, bonuses for mystery shopper positive feedback, fixed rates for masseures whan they are not making massages but are on duty, more frequent meetings and shearing important informations on those meetings and offer Multisport card.
