Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with immobilization techniques of the enzyme needed to measure blood glucose levels, glycemia. Detection of glucose based on enzymatic reactions takes place upon contact of the enzyme with glucose to produce products that are used to correctly determine the level of glucose concentration. The principle of these reactions is presented in the work, which also includes a search for the mentioned immobilization techniques, which allow the formation of a mixture that is immobilized on a sensor with different types of electrodes. The sensor incubated in this way is further subjected to verification and, after successfully overcoming it, passes into the phase of experimental measurement in the created solutions. At the end of the measurement, the results of different immobilization techniques incubated on different types of sensors are compared. The results of the comparison are then verified by statistical analysis.
