Analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is ananlysis of employees learning and developememnt system in a selected organization. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis will be to find out, whether the employees learning a developement needs in selected organization are being satisfied, next to find out how the employees learning and developememnt system in a selected organization works and to propose possible recommendations and improvements to the ananlysis of employees learning and developement system in a selected organization. This thesis will be devided into two parts. The first theoretical part will describe individual processess, methods of learning and developement. Furthermore, this part will define terms related to the topic of learning and developement also will describe the cycle of learning and its parts. The second practical part will be devoted to the description, analysis and recommendations regarding learning and developement in the selected organization.
