Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic situation of Smile Factory, s.r.o. using the information from financial statements from 2014 - 2017. The first chapter is focused on the issue of financial analysis and analysis of individual financial statements. The aim of the second part is to analyze methods of financial analysis and analysis of bankruptcy models. In the third chapter the theory will be used in practice as well as the application of individual methods in the company. Finally, there is an overall assessment and suggestions for improvement.
