Návrh systému skladování obalového materiálu ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The thesis is focused on proposal for storage system of packaging material in a manufacturing company. The practical part was carried out in cooperation with Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. in Radegast brewery. The practical part is focused on proposal of inventory level and determination of the necessary capacity of warehouses, including the proposal of the inventory allocation to individual warehouses and their layout. Methods used in the thesis are seasonality analysis using seasonal coefficients, inventory consumption calculations, professional estimates of company employees, quantitative approach to safety stock calculation and ABC analysis. Proposals contained in the thesis provide recommendations for a settings of warehouses network for storing packaging material associated with the production of can line.
