Strategická analýza rodinného podniku v odvětví pivovarnictví

Abstract

The main goal of the diploma thesis is the implementation of a strategic analysis of a family business in the brewing industry. The work is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part defines the individual concepts related to the topic and describes the methods by which the selected company is analyzed. In the practical part, the individual analyzes are then applied to the selected company. These are PESTLE analysis and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, 7S analysis, ratio financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of the work is to analyze the competitiveness of the company and based on the application of selected methods to formulate proposals and recommendations for strengthening competitiveness.
