Topic of the thesis Presentation and Application of the Conditions for Starting a Business of the Company with Limited Liability. The aim of this thesis is to apply the procedure of important tasks when starting a business company with limited liability on a fictitious company. Work includes basic concepts, definition of small and medium-sized companies. Further definition of selected legal forms of business, process and necessary documents for the establishment Ltd. also includes the creation of a business plan for a fictitious company. A summary of the conclusion of the complexity of the establishment Ltd., filling out forms and document creation.
