Péče o brownfieldy v Česku a Německu

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on comparing the care of brownfields in both Czech republic and Germany. This comparison is based upon the analysis approach, financial factors and new reuse of particular regenerations. My thesis starts with definition of brownfield, then moves to the history of redevelopment in these both countries, then it is focused on analysis of approach in use, possibilities of new reuse, impact on the environment and finally it is focused on two selected regenerations. Last set of chapters are focused on overall evaluation, recommedations which is followed by discussions. The main topic of my thesis is about regeneration of two brownfields in Ostrava: Dolní oblast Vítkovice and in Essen: Zeche Zollverein. Based on the information which was obtained, a new reuse was made on mine Schoeller in Libušín. SketchUp, V-Ray and Lumion 8 software was used for the graphical representation of my new reuse plan.
