Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for an office building with a supporting structure made of CLT panels. The project documentation is prepared at the level required for construction execution in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on building documentation [1]. The diploma thesis includes a technical report, drawing documentation, thermal-technical assessment of external structures in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and ČSN 73 0540-3 (2005) [3], an energy label of the building envelope in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2], and a structural analysis of a wooden beam made of a KVH profile prepared in accordance with ČSN EN 1990 [4], ČSN EN 1991-1-1 [5] and ČSN EN 1995-1-1 [6]. The office building is designed as a standalone, non-basement structure with a simple rectangular floor plan and three above-ground storeys. The building is founded on a foundation slab. The load-bearing structure consists of large-format wall and floor CLT panels. The roof is designed as a single-layer flat green roof with extensive vegetation. The proposed building will serve as office space and the facilities for an unspecified company.
