Aplikace krizového managementu v Nemocnici Třebíč

Abstract

The aim of the dissertation is an apprising with the crisis communication in the organization. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge. It defines the crisis management, classes risk and explains crisis communication. The second part compares knowledge with the management of communication in the Třebíč hospital. It analyses crisis plans, which are compulsory for the hospital. Practical part deals with quality of the compilation of the crisis staff then, the internal crisis communication with the employees and the external communication with media and stakeholders. There are also stated specific crisis situation, which befell the hospital. The final part is focused on shortages of the crisis communication in the hospital, suggests and recommends options for the melioration.
