Připravované změny fungování veřejných vysokých škol a dopad na jejich postavení

Abstract

The goal of my diploma work was to acquaint with the legal framework of functioning universities education system in our republic, realization research touching reform and submitting sugestions and recommendations for change of special pharagraphs of universities law. Whole work was aimed on the public universities. In theoretical chapters I tried to comment the history of universities in Czech republic, their organization, management and economy and legal prescriptions touching university education. In practical part the research was realized, the results of this research were analyzed and were given suggestions and recommendations for the changes for legislation. In the end of work was stated that prepared changes are not very qualified and university’s reform should be realized in the different version that the existing one is. In the time of finishing this diploma work new minister of education was drowen the proposal of the law about universities and prepared reform gets propably the different content.
