Aplikace výsledků taktického cvičení složek IZS při realizaci mimořádných veterinárních opatření

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje a rozebírá taktické cvičení při likvidaci chřipky ptáků na farmě s velkochovem drůbeže ve Velkých Albrechticích na Bílovecku. V teoretické části jsou podrobně popsána jednotlivá opatření, která jsou obsažena v plánu. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétním vypracováním taktického plánu obce s rozšířenou působností Bílovec. Obsahuje zdůvodnění a aktualizaci tohoto plánu tak, aby údaje v něm uvedené odpovídaly místním podmínkám i současným právním předpisům. Poslední část se věnuje rozboru celého cvičení i s popsáním jeho nedostatků. Závěr práce nabízí návrhy na zlepšení budoucích cvičení podobného druhu.

Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the tactical training the IRS during the liquidation of bird flu in poultry factory farming in Velké Albrechtice. The theoretical part describes in detail the various measures contained in the plan. The practical part is focused on the developing of specific tactical plan of the municipality with extended powers Bílovec. The Bachelor thesis includes explanation and update of the plan, that the information contained therein meet local conditions and current legislation. The last part deals with the analysis of the whole training describe its shortcomings. The conclusion offers suggestions for improvement of the future training of a similar type.
