Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v Rychnově nad Kněžnou

Filip Majer, Design of usage of development area in Rychnov nad Kněžnou VŠB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering Ostrava 2017 Number of pages: 64 Thesis Supervisor: Ing. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The thesis contains proposal development area in the village Darkovice. Work includes design of alternative solutions layout development of this area in order to preserve all the technical and urban policy, respecting all limits and other legislative constraints. The work includes a proposal to build and connection of transport and technical infrastructure, defining the areas of public spaces and green design. Important parts of proposal are the study of two house and the indicative overall economic evaluation. The result is the creation of a comprehensive study that continues to the character of the surrounding housing and connect this area with current buildings in the city.
