Abstract

In my Bachelor thesis I am concerning with process of employees recruitment and selection in the company DPOV, Inc in Přerov. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical starting point associated with process of employees recruitment and selection. The second part characterizes the company DPOV, Inc in Přerov, where I am applying my theroretical knowledge into the praxe. The main purpose of my thesis is to analyze current system of employees recruitment and selection in the company mentioned above. During analysing I am using the questionnaire method. On the basic of the questionnairy results, I recommend suggestions and improvements, which company can realize in the future - for example to make more effective process of employees recruitment and selection. In the last chapter called „Conclusion“ I summarize globally process of employees recruitment and selection from theoretical and practical view.
