Analýza a zlepšování vybraného procesu v organizaci státní správy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze and optimize the purchasing proces i the state administration organization, district court. The proces was divided into four phases, acording to its actual organization. The data needed for the analysis was obtained by measuring the time consumption of each subprocess. The analysis found that there are a number of bottlenecks in the shopping process that can be optimized based on supplemented recommendations. These recommendations are part of the practical part of this work. The author of the bachelor thesis believes that the goal of this work was fulfilled.
