Zhodnocení postavení cizinců v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením postavení cizinců v České republice. V první kapitole teoretické části jsou uvedeny teoretické přístupy k migraci. Druhá kapitola se věnuje potřebám trhu práce v ČR v kontextu ekonomické migrace a především popisu programů ČR na podporu kvalifikované migrace. Zde bylo zjištěno, že pomocí těchto programů se ČR zaměřuje především na migraci ukrajinského obyvatelstva. V praktické části je provedena analýza postavení cizinců v České republice pomocí analýzy vývoje četnosti cizinců v ČR, popisu základních charakteristik cizinců, analýzy zaměstnanosti cizinců a popisu negativních aspektů spojených s migrací. Zde bylo zjištěno, že počet cizinců v ČR dlouhodobě roste a v roce 2018 cizinci představovali více než 5 % celé populace ČR. Cizinci jsou spíše lidé v produktivním věku a z 57 % muži. Cizinci v roce 2018 tvořili přes 12 % všech zaměstnaných a přes 9 % všech odsouzených byli cizinci.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the status of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The first chapter of the theoretical part introduces theoretical approaches to migration. The second chapter deals with needs of labor market in the Czech Republic in the context of economic migration and it mainly describe with the description of programmes of the Czech Republic for support of the migration of the skilled. There it was ascertained that Czech Republic focuses primarily on the migration of the Ukrainian population through these programmes. Practical chapter contains analysis of the status of the foreigners in the Czech Republic using the analysis of the development of number of foreigners in the Czech Republic, the description of the main characteristics of foreigners, the analysis of employment rate of foreigners and the description of negative aspects connected with migration. There was found out that the number of foreigners in the Czech Republic has been growing on the long-term basis and in 2018 foreigners represented more than 5 % of the Czech Republic’s entire population. Foreigners are mostly people in working ages and 57 % are males. In 2018 foreigners made 12 % of all employed people and more than 9 % of all sentenced people were foreigners.
