Vícekriteriální výběr produktu stavebního spoření

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je výběr stavebního spoření pro studentku ve věku 21 let pomocí metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Práce je tvořena třemi částmi. První část je věnována charakteristice stavebních spořitelen a produktů stavebního spoření. Druhá část je věnována popisu metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování, tedy tvorby metod stanovení vah kritérií – metoda pořadí, metoda bodovací, Fullerova metoda, Saatyho metoda a tvorby metod stanovení variant - metoda WSA, metoda TOPSIS a metoda AHP. Pro konečné pořadí variant je použita metoda WSA. Ve třetí části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na konkrétním příkladu. Vícekriteriálně je posuzován výběr studentky, která si vybírá z deseti produktů podle pěti zadaných kritérií konkrétní nejvhodnější produkt.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the selection of building savings for the student at age 21, using the methods of multicriteria evaluation of options. The work consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to the characterization of building societies and savings products. The second part is devoted to describing methods of multi-criteria decision-making, thus setting the weights of criteria - the method of ranking, the method of scoring, Fuller's method, Saaty's method and making methods for the determination of variants - method of WSA, the method of TOPSIS and method of AHP . For the final ranking of the variants is the method of WSA. In the third part are applied theoretical knowledge into practice. Multi-criteria selection is assessed student who chooses the ten products according to five criteria you specify particular the most suitable product.
