Územní studie pro výstavbu rodinných domů v obci Uničov

Abstract

Diplomová práce v první kapitole rámcově shrnuje urbanistické a technické požadavky při zpracování územní studie pro výstavbu rodinných domů v obci Uničov. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části: je popsáno město Uničov, zájmové lokality a tři urbanistické studie. Jedna z variant je detailně zpracována: je pro ni navržena technická, dopravní infrastruktura a plochy veřejné zeleně pro sportovní vyžití a relaxaci. Výstupem práce je výkresová dokumentace. Rozsah této práce činí 53 stran.

Thesis in the first chapter summarizes the generally urban and technical requirements for the processing of spatial studies for the construction of houses in the village inc. In the practical part of the applied knowledge of the theoretical part: the city is described Uničov, hobby sites and three urban studies. One of the options is treated in detail: it is designed for technical, transport infrastructure and public green areas for sports and relaxation. Outcome of this work is the design documentation. The scope of this work is 53 pages.
