Abstract

My diploma work, „Streamlining the company´s internal audit“ is dedicated to the development of internal audit with the most modern techniques and methods, which should ultimately increase the value of the company. The first part focuses on the fundamental concepts of internal audit, the various stages of implementation of internal audit and as well as potential techniques and methods used under the streamlining of activities. Also in this section is properly defined the EFQM model, including the concept of transition from ISO to TQM. The second part is an analysis of current status of internal audits, including the definition of gaps in the control mechanisms for companies Rekaz. The aim of this thesis is to describe the processes leading to the creation and establishment of a functional mechanism of the EFQM excellence model in a group of enterprises Rekaz. Ultimately, should also show the process of self-improvement to the overall organization.
