Návrh on-line systému sledování kvality výroby

Abstract

The objective of the thesis was a proposal of an on-line system for production quality montoring. Introduction of the thesis is devoted to analysis of current approaches to quality planning in the company IVECO Czech Republic followed by an analysis of the current state of quality monitoring. Based on the results of the analysis an on-line system for production quality montoring was designed with focus on the conditions of production in the same company. The system was designed to enable effective and comprehensive monitoring of quality in production of buses, which provides an on-line information on the occurrence of non-conformities in production. Finally, the results were discussed and further expansion of the system was proposed to upgrade it to an on-line system for electronic recording of production.
