Posouzení finanční náročnosti soutěží týmů krajské a okresní úrovně ve fotbale

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on assessing the financial challenges of competitions for teams at regional and district levels in football. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the financial situation of two selected football clubs operating at different levels of competition, compare them and suggest options for improvement. To achieve this goal, a SWOT analysis was used, which was created based on an interview with club chairmen and an online questionnaire that was sent to the club's players. The results of the thesis indicate certain differences but also several similarities between the two clubs. The findings obtained may have an impact on the strategic planning and management of football clubs at both competition levels.
