Analýza možností zavedení SPC v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of present situation and possibility of statistical process control implementation in conditions of medical devices manufacturer. Firstly, the attention is concentrated on theoretical basis and specification of the ARROW International CR, a.s. company including its medical devices production program and description of using statistical process control. Practical part includes analysis of the possibility to expand statistical control into other production processes and mainly, the application of statistical process control implementation phases containing process capability evaluation. Final section of the bachelor thesis focuses on recommendations how to improve processes where the statistical process control has already been implemented or where it will be established.
