Diagnostika krizových ohnisek a návrhy prevence ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je krizový management, problematika a následná řešení krizové situace ve vybrané firmě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část se zabývá definicemi týkajícími se krize, krizového managementu a metodikou. Druhá část představuje vybranou firmu a popisuje její krizovou situaci. Závěrem diplomantka navrhne optimální řešení dané krizové situace podniku.

The subject of the diploma thesis is crisis management, issues and subsequent solution of the crisis situation in a selected company. The work is divided into two main parts, where the first part discusses the definitions of the crisis, crisis management and metods. The second part deals with the introduction of the selected company and its crisis situation, where in the end the graduate proposes the optimal solution to the crisis situation of the company.
