Monitoring a měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the measurement and monitoring of employees’ satisfaction, current awareness and the usability of this type of measurement in practice. The work is focused on the analysis of the current state of this issue using the proposed questionnaire in the practical conditions of randomly selected companies. The thesis gradually contains a theoretical part, which, among other things, approaches the issue of monitoring and measuring employees’ and then an analytical part, which deals with measuring the satisfaction of employees using a form of questioning in randomly selected companies. At the end of the work, recommendations of the optimal variant of measurement methodology are presented, resulting from the data obtained by the survey.
