Studie protiprávního zneužití médií generovaných umělou inteligencí

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a comprehensive study of the misuse of audio, visual and audiovisual media generated by artificial intelligence and on its basis to provide a proposal for countermeasures. The content of the theoretical part is an introduction to the world of artificial intelligence and deepfakes, the possibilities of their misuse with an assignment of relevant legislation and techniques of defence. The practical part presents a comparation of case studies, followed by sociological survey of selected sociological set. Its purpose is to test the hypothesis formulated in advance. The bachelor thesis concludes with a discussion of the survey and proposal of a possible measure based on education of the age group corresponding to the research set.
