Návrh personální strategie pro vybranou společnost

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the proposal of a personnel strategy for a selected company. The first part covers the theoretical foundations of strategic human resource management, describing the personnel department and its functions, personnel activities, and personnel marketing as a new personnel method not widely used in Czech companies. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable personnel strategy for the company and also to try to determine employee satisfaction. In the practical part, a satisfaction questionnaire was compiled for these findings, an interview was conducted with the personnel director, and a SWOT analysis was prepared. Finally, proposals and recommendations for the company are formulated.
