Systém hodnocení dodavatelů ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY, a.s.

Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of quality assessment and readiness of suppliers to supply commodities, services and performances for VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s., establishing a standardized procedure for identifying and evaluating information about potential and current suppliers of the company. In the introductory section of the thesis describes the theoretical background, basic concepts in the field of procurement and purchasing phase of marketing. The practical part deals with the analysis of the selection procedure and describes the current method of evaluation of suppliers. There are also improvements was set out, that it deserves to improve control and suppliers of preparedness. The main part of the thesis is elaborated a standardized system for evaluating vendors and a catalog of criteria questions, which focused on the main operating area suppliers. The final section describes how to work with the proposed standardized evaluation system vendors and the expected benefits for VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s.
