Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on tools to support crisis management in municipalities with extended powers in the Moravian-Silesian region, dating back to the turn of 2015 and 2016. The first part deals with the basic terms of crisis management and a description of major events in the Moravian-Silesian region since 2001.
