Abstract
This thesis entitled "Analysis and Evaluation of Employee Benefits in a Selected company" is devoted to the issue of employee benefits as one of the forms of employee care. The aim of the work is to find out by means of a questionnaire survey the satisfaction and familiarity of employees in the area of benefits, provided in the company. Subsequently, based on these results, evaluate the current system in the company and propose changes that will lead to increased satisfaction of the employees. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part of the work is theoretical and methodological, which is devoted to the methodology and methods of processing, including the theoretical adjustment of employee benefits and the definition of terms related to this issue. The second part of the thesis is application-verification, in which the theoretical basis from the first part of the thesis is used. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the analysis of the system of employee benefits in a selected company. At the end of the thesis, the most important findings are summarized and recommendations for the analyzed company, are proposed on the basis of information from the questionnaire survey.
