Současné trendy při vakuovém zpracování ocelí pomocí procesu VD

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with current trends in the vacuum steel processing by the VD process. The work is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter contains the characteristic of technologies of vacuuming of the steel and four sub-chapters that relate to this topic. It is a technology of refining of steel processing in a vacuum, the gases contained in the molten steel, the possibilities for deoxidization of steel and steel processing in a vacuum by VD process. The second chapter focuses on optimizing of steel processing in a vacuum by using the VD process which includes monitoring and processes control online and experimental study of influence about the composition of the slag on control the inclusions.
