Abstract

The dissertation titled "Information Technology in Logistics Processes within Metallurgical Production" examines existing information systems and technologies and the level of their use within the logistics processes in Czech metallurgical companies. Furthermore, the dissertation explores the existing methodology for evaluating the use of information systems and technologies in manufacturing companies, also known as the digitalization of business processes, and proposes a methodology and model designed for this purpose.
