Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on collecting and processing data from various systems based on Internet of Things and then providing those data to frontend applications via API (Application Programming Interface). Thesis offers basic view on currently available technologies of Internet of Things, industrial automation, database systems and developing APIs. The aim of this work is to understand these technologies, come up with solution for data acquisition and connect single parts of this technological chain to create functional system. This thesis is in cooperation with company Ingeteam a.s., Czech Republic, which provided important hardware, knowledge and working space to make this thesis possible.
