Abstract

In the industrial company Schaeffler Kysuce a financial analysis is performed to evaluate the financial health and performance of the company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess the economic performance of the company through traditional and modern indicators of financial analysis. The methods are included in the theoretical part and then applied in the practical part. From the data of the analysis and comparison with the tolerance limits, the work focuses on the critical points of the company, for which optimization proposals are proposed to improve the financial situation of the company, respectively. to improve the financial performance of the company. The work contains quantified impacts of the proposed solutions.
