Finanční informace pro strategické řízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finančních informací potřebných pro strategické řízení společnosti VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. a pomocí metod finanční analýzy charakterizovat vývoj hospodaření společnosti a analyzovat majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturu. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematika strategického řízení a popsána metodika finanční analýzy. V praktické části práce je představena analyzovaná společnost VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. a provedena finanční analýza za období 2008 – 2011. Pak následuje interpretace výsledků provedené analýzy a doporučení vhodných opatření.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of financial information needed for the strategic management of the company VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. and on the methods of financial analysis being used to characterize the development of the economic activities of the company and to analyze its ownership and capital structure. In the theoretical part, the strategy management issues as well as the methodology of financial analysis are being described. In the practical part, there is an introduction of the analyzed company VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. together with financial analysis for the period 2008 – 2011, followed by the interpretation of the results and a list of recommendations for taking appropriate measures.
