Abstract

The bachelor thesis „Elaboration of business plan of the sports project Villages in move“ tackle the problem of absence of quality fitness services at villages in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this thesis is to elaborate a business plan of the project „Villages in Move“ and realize it then. The main purpose of the thesis is to determine if the project could be viable and profitable in practise with analysing demand and supply of interested parties, SWOT analysis, analysis of the provision of services at villages, financial analysis, budget and funding the project and create condition for realization.
