Význam a postavení nadnárodních společností v ekonomikách členských států EU a ve světové ekonomice

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat postavení nadnárodních společností v rámci světové ekonomiky, vymezit základní rysy jejich činností a zhodnotit současné postavení evropských nadnárodních společností v rámci světové ekonomiky. V této bakalářské práci se budeme nejdříve věnovat subjektům současné světové ekonomiky. Zaměříme se na jejich historický vývoj, současné postavení ve světové ekonomice a negativní či pozitivní dopady jejich existence. V další části se budeme věnovat problematice nadnárodních společností, ale také jejich vztahu k přímým zahraničním investicím. V neposlední řadě se zaměříme také na přímé zahraniční investice členských států EU a zhodnotíme postavení vybraných evropských a světových nadnárodních společností v současné světové ekonomice.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to characterize the position of transnational corporations in the world economy, to define the basic features of their activities and evaluate the current position of European transnational corporations in the world economy. In this bachelor’s thesis, we will firstly dedicate to subjects of the current world economy. We will focus on their historical development, current position in world economy and their positive and negative impact of their existence. In the next part, we will dedicate to issues of the transnational corporations and their relationship to foreign direct investment. Finally, we will focus on foreign direct investment of European Union member states and we will evaluate the position of the selected European and global transnational corporations in the current world economy.
