Stanovení korozního úbytku vnějšího povrchu trubky

Abstract

This thesis relates to the problem of choosing a suitable heat transfer tubes from the steels ČSN 11353 and ČSN 17240 for water heating in the tailings dump. The theoretical part of this thesis summarizes the basic information for method of solution corrosion, especially in tubular products. To the practical part of this work were supplied steel tubes of the mentioned grades in the state after exposure and in original condition, which are considered standards. The task of the practical work is the evaluation of corrosion decrease of wall thickness of steels. On the tube samples of steel ČSN 11353 is measured corrosion decrease about 54 μm. Further on, an evaluation of the surface of supplied tubes is performed, metallographic evaluation of samples taken and SEM analysis of found corrosion products.
