Abstract

This work solves the problem related to the segmentation of customers in the heating company. I focused on the distribution of customers and their importance. Selected problem I solved with the methods for creating market segmentation and then with the help of the ABC method. Data were compiled using Microsoft Office Excel . Developed solution provides heating plant is carrying out the possibility of better care of their customers according to their importance or size . The results of this study allow for the preparation of the program benefits and care for the customer and thus ensure better and long-lasting customer-supplier relationships.
