Využití terénních čtyřkolek u jednotek Sboru dobrovolných hasičů obcí Moravskoslezského kraje v operačním řízení

Abstract

The main purpose of this thesis is to carry out an analysis of the use of ATVs by the units of the volunteer fire brigade of municipalities in operational management following the inclusion of the unit of the volunteer fire department in the category of fire protection units, their predestination and use in accordance with the fire alarm plan of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The first part deals with the legislative framework related to fire protection units and their area coverage. The second part provides a general description of ATVs including legislative requirements and safety. The third part analyzes the current state of landscape character, area coverage and equipment with off-road ATVs within the Moravian-Silesian Region. The fourth part focuses on the practical use of off-road ATVs and gives examples of their use in the Czech Republic and the Moravian-Silesian Region. The fifth part examines the supply of ATVs and modules on the domestic and foreign markets. The last, sixth part is devoted to the design of a suitable ATV for fire protection units, including the deployment and the professional training required by the design.
