Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is to find out the customers´ satistaction with the services provided at Bowling-Pizzerie U Jána. This bachelor vork is divided into five chapters. At the begining I describe a characterization of bowling-pizzerie and its surrounding environment. The following chapter is concentrated on a theory of marketing mix of services and the customers´ satisfaction. In the next two chapters I describe the methodology of marketing research and I analyse the marketing research as such. The final chapter presents some suggestions the could help bowling-pizzerie to increase the customers´ satisfaction.
